We're stuck! How can we get help with a specific math problem?

Unfortunately, our staff does not offer individual help with solving specific math problems, but there are a few suggestions we have for our customers:

1. Lesson Links: Beneath each problem in the Problem Sets/Mixed Problem Sets, there is a little tiny reference number which refers to the lesson where that type of problem was first taught. Going back to watch the Lesson Video for that specific lesson might just be what your student needs to figure out how to solve the problem. You can even configure your student's account to link the Lesson Video directly to each Online Grading problem. 

2. One-Minute Tutorials: One-Minute Tutorials offer quick and concise lesson reviews on 120+ topics, divided into convenient categories. Your student can locate these videos by clicking the yellow "play" icon to the right of the Online Grading screen. 

3. Solutions Manual: Most often, this offers enough explanation for students and parents. We highly recommend that every customer have access to the Solutions Manual for their course. 

4. Facebook Group: Nicole's Facebook Group is filled with moms who love to help one another! And, if none of the other members step in with the correct answer!
