Not everything that appears on a Fact Practice Test comes from a specific lesson in the Saxon curriculum.
The conversion problems that appear on Saxon 7/6 Fact Practice Test K are an example of that.
To help your student learn those facts, we suggest you find each answer to the conversion problems somewhere online. Then make a list and/or flashcards and have your student work on mastering them. Then, when they come in up in an assignment, they'll be ready to tackle them.
The Facts Practice Tests are designed to increase accuracy and speed on facts that need to be memorized. Memorizing them now will help your student tremendously in the future when more complex, multi-step problems are the norm.
