How do we turn Closed Captioning off?

Closed captioning can be turned off directly on the video with one simple click.

All you have to do is click the subtitles icon. That's it!

Clicking it once turns it off. 

Clicking it again will turn it back on.

Having trouble finding the subtitles icon? 

• It looks like a screen with "words" on it
• It's a rectangle with little lines 
• It's to the left of the gear icon

Please note: At this time, all videos have closed captioning enabled by default. If you want to turn it off, you will need to turn it off for each video. We are working on a fix that will allow you to disable/enable the feature across all videos in one account.
