How do Math Pass renewals and expiration work?

Each Math Pass provides 365 days of access from the date of purchase.

Math Passes are not automatically renewed. We will send a renewal reminder email approximately one month before your expiration date.

If no action is taken, access will simply expire at the end of the 365-day period.

How do I find my expiration date?

1. Log into your Parent Account.

2. Click Passes.

3. Click the arrow to view the details of each student’s Math Pass.

Your expiration date will be listed there.

How do I renew a Math Pass?

1. Log into your Parent Account.

2. Click Passes.

3. Click Add Pass.

4. Select the student.

5. Click Add to Cart.

6. Complete checkout.

Renewal simply means purchasing a new Math Pass for that student.

What if my Math Pass has already expired?

You can purchase a new Math Pass at any time by:

• Logging into your Parent Account

• Clicking Passes

• Selecting Add Pass

Access will resume once the new Math Pass is assigned.

What if my school pays for my Math Pass?

If your school or charter organization handles payment, please contact them before your expiration date to prevent interruption of access.

What if I had access on the old platform?

If you previously had access on our old platform and it has expired, simply purchase a new Math Pass to regain access.
