Yes, you can invite another user to have view-only access to your student's account.
Here's how to add a Secondary User to your student's account:
- Log in to your parent account.
- Click your name in the upper-right hand corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click Secondary User Access.
- Click Add Secondary User.
- Enter the Email Address.
- Add the First and Last Names.
- Click Let's Assign Students.
- Select the Student from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Subject.
- Click Assign.
- Click Send Invite.
The Secondary User will receive an invitation via email with instructions on how to get their account set up and an explanation as to what their access provides.
The Secondary User will be able to view reports and content but will not be able to enter the Student Mode or make any adjustments to your student's account.
